A CROSSFLATTS company will continue to administer £12 billion of Bradford & Bingley mortgages sold to two other firms, it has been announced.
The portfolio has been transferred to international investment firm Blackstone and financial services group Prudential.
But Computershare Loan Services, appointed last year to service Bradford & Bingley mortgages, will maintain its administration role.
Chief executive officer, Andrew Jones, said: “We’re delighted that we’ll be working with Prudential and Blackstone on these mortgages.
“Both companies possess extensive experience and highly-impressive asset management operations.
“I believe their decision to retain Computershare Loan Services reflects our track record of success and vision for the future.”
