HIGH demand is being experienced for housing in the Aire Valley, according to one estate agent.
Dacre, Son & Hartley says it has sold all but one property at two new developments in the area, on behalf of Arncliffe Homes.
At the four-home Highfields scheme in East Morton, three properties have been sold off-plan.
And at The Fairways in Bingley, all ten detached houses were snapped-up within months of going on the market.
Steven Potts, a director at Dacre, Son & Hartley, said: “New homes in the Aire Valley built to such a high specification and quality are relatively rare so these two developments have been hugely popular.
“The success is also reflected in the wider market in the area. There are a lot of active buyers searching and a major shortage of housing stock.”
