A HOUSEBUILDER with schemes in Keighley and Cullingworth has strengthened its technical team.
Richard Colley has been promoted from design to technical manager with Barratt Developments Yorkshire West.
And the company has recruited Thomas Pardey as an engineer.
Mr Colley, who has worked in the construction industry for 30 years, said: “I am excited to help other employees expand their skills as I have with Barratt.”
Mr Pardey was a civil engineer for five years and a project manager with the Environment Agency, delivering flood defence schemes.
“I have always had an interest in housebuilding, so it is great that I can now combine this with my experience as an engineer,” he said.
The appointments are welcomed by the firm’s technical director, Dave Hudson.
“Both Richard and Thomas bring with them a vast understanding of their fields,” he said.
The company has the Vision development in Keighley and Hewenden Ridge, Cullingworth.
