A VOLUNTEER with Keighley RUFC has won recognition for his efforts.
William Alden Phillips was among rugby club nominees from across the region to receive awards in a ceremony at Luscombe Mitsubishi Leeds.
England Rugby and Mitsubishi Motors combined to present the accolades.
Over 30 winners were each given a branded fleece and certificate.
Graham Smithson, Luscombe Mitsubishi Leeds sales manager, said: “We were delighted with the evening.
“The turnout was outstanding, which highlights what a great job Mitsubishi is doing in supporting rugby union at grassroots level.”
The awards are part of Mitsubishi Motors’ volunteer recognition programme, a partnership with England Rugby.
