AN OXENHOPE businesswoman took the lead to support a charity fundraising initiative.
Charlotte Meek, founder of design company The Stitch Society, backed Bring Your Dog to Work Day.
She was accompanied to the office by her four-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, Bob.
“I walk with Bob on Haworth Moor every morning and it allows me to clear my mind and think through ideas,” she said.
“Also, I often take off for an hour or so with Bob in the evening or at weekends to mull over designs or issues. We got him when I was recovering from cancer.”
Bring Your Dog to Work Day was staged to raise money for All Dogs Matter and Animals Asia.
