HOME-shopping giant Damart – whose warehousing facility is at Steeton – is cooking-up more cash for charity.

The company has created a Happy Healthy Heart Cookbook, with recipes contributed by bloggers and food experts.

The initiative has been staged in conjunction with Heart Research UK, to help raise awareness of – and funds for – the charity.

Included in the book is a range of heart-healthy starter and main course recipes.

It is free to download, at damart.co.uk/happy-healthy-heart-cookbook, but there is an option to donate.

Ben Phillips, Damart's head of e-commerce, said: "We've been proud supporters of Heart Research UK and the outstanding work it funds for nearly a decade.

"This year, as well as holding staff fundraising days and donating proceeds from products, we've also launched the cookbook.

"It's been great to see so many fantastic bloggers and food experts come together to help create it.

"With each recipe checked and approved by Heart Research UK, we hope our customers enjoy cooking from it as much as we enjoyed compiling it."
