ENGINEERING students from Oakbank School in Keighley have been given a behind-the-scenes tour of a company's works.
As part of their course work, the year 11 GCSE pupils visited Guyson International Ltd at Skipton, which produces cleaning and industrial finishing equipment.
They were shown round the facilities by executive production director, Paul Bilbie, who also gave the youngsters an overview of the organisation.
The group visited all departments, but was particularly interested in the manufacturing and design.
Andrew Hartley, Oakbank's director of learning, said: "It was a great opportunity for the students to experience what happens on the site. It will help them as they continue with their studies."
