The Year five children at Long Lee Primary School who led a carol concert
YEAR FIVE children at Long Lee Primary School led a carol concert for the whole school and parents and guardians.
The pupils retold the Christmas story, sang a selection of carols and performed While Shepherds Watched their Flocks by Night on glockenspiels.
Class teacher, Rebecca King, said: "It was a wonderful performance by the children and a spectacular concert."
PUPILS from Long Lee Primary School entertained shoppers at Sainsbury's in Keighley with carols and Christmas songs.
The youngsters were supported by some staff members and families.
"They all sang and played instruments beautifully and were praised for the lovely sound by members of the public," said acting head, Mrs Sue Holdsworth.
