TEN students at Oakbank School in Keighley were treated to 'breakfast with the boss' for improving their attendance record.
They upped their rate to 95 per cent last year and so far in 2015 have a 100 per cent record.
The pupils had breakfast with headteacher David Maxwell and their progress teams.
Gillian Meegan, data manager at Oakbank, said: "As a school we are focussing strongly on improving attendance, as good attendance is vital if students are to maximise their potential.
"Pupils must have at least 96 per cent attendance to be eligible for an end-of-year rewards trip.
"Also we have employed an attendance and inclusion officer, who is visiting the homes of any students absent from morning registration without explanation.
"The officer will then bring students into school if there is no good reason for the absence."
