A NEW chapter has begun for a South Craven primary school.
Kildwick School received a £300 grant from the charity Speaking Volumes, which helps provide libraries and schools with Christian books.
The donation has enabled Kildwick Primary to enhance its religious and collective worship education.
Headteacher, Tim Whitehead, said: "We intend using the books for child-led worship.
"Some will be placed in collective worship class baskets, whilst others will be used in class and school reflective spaces.
"We would like to thank Speaking Volumes for the grant and Cornerstone bookshop in Skipton for sourcing the books."
