Staff at NSF Controls Ltd in Keighley donned their onesies to raise cash for Manorlands.

They held a ‘Onesie Wednes-day’, which together with other activities – including a Christmas hamper raffle – coined in more than £700 for the Sue Ryder hospice.

Organiser, Becca Turner, said: “I came up with the idea because it felt a bit chilly in the factory one day!

“It occurred to me how good it would be if I could wear my onesie to work, and my colleagues agreed it would be a fun way to raise some funds for Manorlands. We’d definitely do it again.

“Amongst the attendees were a monkey, panda, giraffe, crocodile and a couple of Minnie Mice!”

Manorlands-based Sue Ryder regional fundraiser for Keighley, Andrew Wood, collected the money and thanked staff for their efforts.

“The team at NSF Controls is a great supporter, and this is a fantastic total raised by the staff,” he said.

“The funds will be used for our care at the hospice and in the local community.”
