AN11-year-old boy was in hospital last night after being involved in a collision with a car in Ingrow, Keighley, yesterday.
Police said the boy had suffered a “minor fracture to his skull”, but that his injuries were not deemed serious or life-threatening.
He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary for treatment after the incident, which happened on Queen’s Road just before 5pm. The vehicle involved was said to be a Suzuki.
Police closed the road and cordoned off the area while emergency services attended the scene. The road was reopened at around 8pm.
