PROCEEDS of an event at Staveley Court in Ingrow have been presented to the Alzheimer's Society.
The £520 was raised with a tabletop sale, raffle and tombola.
A Memory Walk planned as part of the same event, organsied by Lello Familio, didn't go ahead due to a lack of participants.
But he instead led a small group of Staveley Court residents on a short walk around their neighbourhood.
"I'm happy with the money we did raise and it's all gone to a very good cause," he said.
The cheque was collected by Paul Smith, on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society.
