STARGAZERS young and old are invited to the first Riddlesden Astrofestival this Sunday.
East Riddlesden Hall is the venue for a wide range of activities running from the afternoon and late into the evening.
Astronomical societies in Keighley, Bradford and Leeds have teamed up the National Trust and the RSPB.
The headline speaker will be Paul Money, equipment reviews editor for the Sky at Night.
Visitors will be able to use telescopes to observe the sun and the night sky. There will also be trade stalls, children’s activities, a fun quiz and a raffle.
The RSPB will host an hour-long Walk on the Wildside around the footpaths and hedgerows of the 16th century East Riddlesden Hall.
Organisers of this year’s festival are already planning next year’s festival, as well as a Stargazing LIVE! event.
