A SPONSORED crawl, toddle and run raised £830 for good causes.
Dozens of children at Bridge House Day Nursery, in Steeton, took part in the event.
They were raising cash for Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands and a charity called CORE, which helps people suffering from gut and liver disease.
Nursery manager Angela Goff – who organised the event with her brother Graham Turnbull, in memory of their father and uncle who died earlier this year – said: "The charities were close to their hearts and we are delighted to raise such an amazing amount.
"We can't thank everyone enough."
