SHOPPERS enjoyed some early festive cheer in Haworth last weekend.
They were able to hunt down gifts at a Christmas market staged by Bradford Council in Haworth Central Park on both Saturday and Sunday. (Nov 15 and 16)
A wide range of stalls offered anything from jewellery, personalised snow globes, to handmade soaps.
People wanting to sample some food and drink had a chance to try mulled wine, Caribbean wraps, pies, luxury hot chocolate, or cupcakes, to name just a few.
Younger visitors scrambled onto donkey rides or took part in a contest to get a ball into a milk churn to win a cuddly toy.
Other goods available included hats, ponchos, bath bombs and soaps, toys, stationery, children's books, pickles and chutneys and hand carved wooden items.
Bradford Council is planning to hold further Christmas markets around the district over the coming weeks. See bradfordmarkets.com for more details or follow Bradford Markets on Twitter and Facebook.
