Keighley houses application
2:00pm Monday 14th October 2013 in Keighley
Social housing group Incommunities has applied to build an extra 20 homes as part of a Keighley housing estate.
If its planning application is successful, the two-bedroom homes will be built on currently unused land at Woodland Heights, next to a Skipton Homes development.
The site already include 96 houses, 22 of which were handed over to Incommunities.
Former council houses on the site were demolished two years ago to make way for the estate.
In their application, the group says the houses will “stand the test of time” and show “something special is happening in the Keighley area in order to draw the attention of investors and prospective residents”.
