Bradford District Care Trust has received two highly commended awards.
It won the accolades in the Care Programme Approach Association (CPAA) Good Practice Awards.
The honours were for the trust’s work providing safe discharge for people who are homeless, and gathering carers’ views.
Nicola Lees, deputy chief executive of the trust, said: “We’re delighted our staff have been recognised nationally for their work to further improve care standards for people experiencing mental health issues in the Bradford district.
“I am particularly proud that our work has focused on the people in our community who can often feel overlooked by care systems. I think it demonstrates the very real commitment we have to putting the needs and views of all local people at the centre of the care we offer.”
