Police are treating last night's fire at the former snooker club in Grange Street, Keighley, as arson.
Officers are also looking into links between the 2am blaze and another fire at the same Lawkholme building last Tuesday.
Detective Inspector Ryan Bragg of Bradford CID tonight confirmed that the latest fire was being investigated as deliberate.
He said: "We are also looking into links between this fire and the one at the same premises on December 31."
Firefighters from six stations spent four hours tackling last night's incident and 30 people had to be evacuated from nearby houses.
Anyone with information about either fire is asked to contact Bradford CID by dialling 101, or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
