Model railway enthusiasts converged on Keighley at the weekend.
Visitors from as far away as Scunthorpe and York made tracks for Victoria Hall, where Keighley Model Railway Club staged its 39th exhibition.
A total of 14 layouts were on show, including a new Hornby Magazine beginners’ model being built by junior members of the Keighley club, and sponsored by Yorkshire Bank.
Others included Appledore, Mozzerdale, Binns Road Hornby, Cleggworth, Museum of Transport, Cowgill, Priory Road and Ecclesford Junction, which won the visitors’ choice award.
There were also trade stalls, demonstrations and catering.
A club spokesman said the event was a “roaring success”.
“Both young and old enjoyed playing trains on our layout run by junior members!” she said.
“Visitors on Sunday also got to have a free circular ride on a bus link between the exhibition and the Keighley Bus Museum open day.
“We are now planning next year’s exhibition, which will be our 40th and will be something special.”
