More than 70 entries have been received for this year’s Keighley Business Awards.
Organisers said there was a good mix of entrants across all ten categories.
The prestigious awards, which recognise the outstanding work and achievements of businesses throughout Keighley district, are being repeated following the huge success of the inaugural scheme last year.
Accolades will be presented during a glittering ceremony – featuring BBC Look North presenter, Harry Gration – at Victoria Hall on May 16.
Headline sponsor is Silsden-based Advanced Actuators, which makes complex hydraulic machinery used in gas, oil and nuclear industries around the world.
Award categories are New Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Large Bus-iness of the Year, Employer of the Year, Apprentice/Trainee of the Year, Manu-facturer/Engineering Business of the Year, Independent Retailer of the Year, Food and Drink Business of the Year and Health and Beauty Business of the Year. There will also be an overall winner.
