Police were called to a home in North Dean Road, Keighley, following reports a person had died at the property.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said officers received a call from the ambulance service shortly before 6am on Sunday.
Police remained at the scene well into the afternoon, and confirmed a 31-year-old man had died at the address.
However, the spokesman added the incident was not being treated as suspicious, and that police were not looking for anyone else in connection with the death.
He added the matter is now being dealt with by the coroner.
