KEIGHLEY Amateurs are holding open auditions for all the principal roles in their next pantomime.
The group said it was looking for “top class local talent” to fill the roles in Cinderella next winter.
The classic panto characters include the delightful Cinderella, her father Baron Hardup, two horrible ugly sisters, and the glamorous principal boys Prince Charming and Dandini, and Cinders’ funny and charming friend Buttons.
An Amateurs spokesman stressed that none of the parts had yet been cast.
Cinderella will be performed at Victoria Hall from January 24 to January 31 including weekend matinees.
Auditions will be held at the society’s rehearsal rooms in the Aire Valley Business Centre, off Lawkholme Lane.
A full list of principal parts is on the society’s website at keighleyamateurs.com. Email casting@keighleyamateurs.com or call Louise on 01274 591292 for further information.
Auditions for the children’s chorus and adult ensemble will be held on September 27
