POLICE are this morning investigating a report of a "serious sexual assault" on a woman in Victoria Park, Keighley.
A forensics tent has been erected near the basketball courts, close to the boundary wall with Bradford Road.
Part of the footpath has been cordoned off and a police community support officer is at the scene.
Chief inspector Suzanne Akeroyd, of Bradford District Police, said: "We are investigating a report of a serious sexual assault on a 20-year-old woman.
"The offence is alleged to have taken place yesterday (Oct 16) at around 10pm in Victoria Park.
"Specially trained officers are liaising with the victim to establish the full circumstances and enquiries are ongoing."
