Man dies after crash at Oxenhope
A 69-year-old man has died in a crash at Oxenhope.
Police believe the motorist was taken ill at the wheel of his car, which then veered off the road.
No other vehicle was involved.
The accident happened in Hebden Bridge Road, at Peckett Well, at about 4.30pm yesterday.
The A6033, between Oxenhope and Hebden Bridge, was shut while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Police and ambulance crews, including the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, attended.
