PUPILS at Parkwood Primary School in Keighley have gone potty – and they're all delighted!
Children have grown daffodils as part of Marie Curie's Mini Pots of Care fundraising initiative.
And their efforts raked in £918 for the cancer charity.
All the school's 220-plus pupils planted the bulbs in November and have nurtured them through the winter.
The youngsters decorated wrappers to go around the pots, which they then took home.
There was a competition for the best wrapper.
Headteacher Julie Butler said the children had greatly enjoyed taking part in the venture.
"They had a wonderful time learning how to plant their bulbs and care for them," she said.
"We were delighted with the amount raised for Marie Curie nurses, who provide free care for terminally ill people and emotional support for their families."
