OAKWORTH Co-op has helped kickstart a clean-up initiative by donating a bin.
The bin has been installed at a litter hotspot at the top of Cure Hill.
"Residents say the bin has already made a big improvement in the area, which has been blighted by litter and dumped dog fouling bags," said ward officer, Liz Parker.
Villagers are being invited to nominate eyesores and help clean them up on the morning of July 9, as part of Operation Oakworth.
Litter-pickers, gloves, bags and high-visibility vests will be provided.
Refreshments will be offered by Oakworth Methodists and the cricket club and then, afterwards, by Christ Church.
Call 01535 618008 or e-mail keighleyareacoordinatorsoffice@bradford.gov.uk for more details and to nominate an eyesore to help clear-up.
