POLICE are appealing for public help to find a man they want to speak to in connection with an assault in Keighley.

Extensive inquiries have so far failed to trace Amjab Ali Azam, who is being sought in relation to an incident on July 3.

The 35-year-old is believed to be living in the Keighley area. 　

Azam – who also goes by the name of Amjad and has links to Bradford and Manchester – is described as about 6ft 2ins tall, of broad build with brown eyes and short black hair.

Police say they don't believe he poses a risk to the general public, but urge anyone who sees him not to approach him but to call 101.
