AN annual coffee morning raised nearly £1,200 for Manorlands.
The organising team was headed by Amanda Foster, whose late mother was cared for at the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
Attractions at the event – in Barnoldswick – included cakes, a treasure map game, raffle and tombola, with many prizes donated by businesses.
Amanda pays tribute to everyone who gave their support.
“I would like to thank everybody who helped and donated,” she said.
“My mum was at Manorlands for six weeks and received such amazing care.”
Manorlands community fundraiser, Molly Ralphson, said: “It was fantastic to hear that Amanda’s coffee morning had gone so well.
“These events involve a lot of time and effort for the organisers and we sincerely appreciate their efforts.”
