A KEIGHLEY museum is to close for a day while preparations are made for conservation work.
Cliffe Castle, in Spring Gardens Lane, will be shut next Tuesday (May 1) for interior scaffolding to be installed.
The move is in readiness for essential work this year on the Butterfield stained-glass window.
The museum will reopen on the Wednesday.
A Bradford Council spokesman said: "It is hoped any disruption will be kept to a minimum."
Updates will be provided at bradfordmuseums.org and via twitter, @BradfordMuseums.
