Keighley-district Incommunities tenants are being offered the chance to sign-up for free wellbeing sessions.
The sessions, being run by the housing group’s customer insight and involvement team, aim to give people a taste of activities ranging from healthy eating to budgeting advice.
The programme has been drawn-up following an Incommunities survey.
Subjects to be covered include healthy cooking and eating, on Tuesday, October 30, and Friday, November 2, with a choice of one-hour sessions available at 10am, 11.30am and 2.30pm; DIY around the home, on Friday, November 2, from 10am to noon or 2pm to 4pm; gardening tips for all seasons, on Wednesday, October 24, and Friday, October 26, from 2pm to 3pm; drop-in advice sessions including money saving, healthy living and pension advice, on Tuesday, October 30, and Friday, November 2, from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
All sessions will be held at Culture Fusion, off Thornton Road, Bradford.

Greg Robinson, Incommunities’ assistant chief executive resources, said: “These free sessions have been chosen by our customers as the most appealing to their needs and for those who come along there is the chance to win prizes.”
