KEIGHLEY advice agency Project 6 will rock out on Sunday to celebrate its silver anniversary.

Staff, supporters and volunteers past and present will gather to celebrate the organisation’s 25th birthday.

The event at the Exchange Arts Centre, Russell Street, will feature live music from Unknown Stuntmen, Ben Waters and Amy Harper.

Project 6, based in Temple Street, has helped thousands of people with drug and alcohol issues over more than two decades.

The charity works to help people reduce the risks associated with substance misuse, and offers support to users of drugs and alcohol and their relatives and carers.

The project is ‘open access’, available to anyone who needs it.

Project 6 plans to launch a book telling the stories of people who have been through the service over the years.

The 25th anniversary event will run from 4pm to 8pm. Tickets cost £10, and £2 for unwaged. Email Garry Turton via reception@project.org.uk or call 01535 610180 to book tickets.
