A fun day outside a pub raised £300 to help fight one of the deadliest types of cancer.
The event was organised by Haworth resident Jayne Pickard, whose father died of pancreatic cancer.
Among those who attended to offer their support were volunteer helpers and Coronation Street actor Steve Huison, who plays the part of Eddie Windass in the soap.
The money raised from the event will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.
The fun day – outside the Flappit Inn, in Cullingworth – included stalls, a bouncy castle, face painting, food, a bar and an auction.
Jayne said: “The weather didn’t help but I’m pleased with how much we still managed to raise.
“It wasn’t bad considering how many actually came.
“I still have some signed items and local business vouchers to be auctioned off.”
People wanting to bid for the remaining items can e-mail Jayne at just_jayne01@hotmail.com.
