Another postponement for Silsden

Silsden have been thwarted by the weather for a second successive time tonight as their home clash against Padiham in the North West Counties League Premier Division was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Cobbydalers were prevented from travelling to St Helens Town at the weekend following prolonged wet weather throughout the north.
Cobbydalers’ spokesman Jim Rosser confirmed: “It was called off mid-afternoon and we should be at home on Saturday (AFC Blackpool are the visitors) but that is also in doubt.”
