Champions Skipton LMS went on a goal spree as they thrashed Cross Hills 9-0 to keep their grip on the Mastab's Craven League Premier Division leadership.

Luke Howsen took his goal tally for the season to 15 with a hat-trick, while Ian Craven stayed one ahead of him at the top of the league’s leading marksmen’s chart with a double.

Further goals by John Allan, Michael Conroy and Paul Wilkins gave the LMS goal difference a big boost.

Second-placed Rolls remain one point behind after defeating Grindleton 2-1 with strikes from Ben Crabtree and Danny Paton.

Cowling climbed out of the relegation places with a 4-2 win over bottom team Grassington United. Nicky Wright and Chris Akrigg netted for the losers.

Embsay slipped into the bottom two after a 3-2 defeat at Pendle. Reece Fuller and David Greenwood’s goals were little consolation for the losers.

Chatburn saw off Cononley 4-2 in a Division One mid-table battle, while Hellifield beat Earby by the same score. Matthew Musgrove scored twice for Chatburn while Chris Lumsden and Mark Bradley replied for Cononley.

Kris Attwell, Dale Denham. James Hordern and Steven Procter gave Hellifield the edge against Earby whose goals came from Matthew Nutter and Jake Palmer.

Embsay Reserves missed the chance to take the outright lead in Division Two when relegation-threatened Bingley Town held them to a 1-1 draw. Ben Lowry netted their goal as they moved level on points with table-topping Pendle Rene- grades.

Jordan Slade (2), Rob Spencer and Andrew Nicholson helped Skipton Town to defeat third-placed Earby 4-2. Matt Bowker got both Earby goals.

Bottom-team Gargrave saw Liam Fothergill, Matt Masters, Chris McGuinness, Graham Whitaker and Stuart Hoyle all find their net in the first half as they went down 5-2 to Ingrow & Worth Valley. Simon Boat- wright and Joshua Town replied after the break.

Division Three leaders Cononley Reserves needed a second-half equaliser from Nick Kaminski to force a 1-1 draw against Bradley.

Cross Hills Reserves cut Cononley’s lead to four points with two games in hand after a Rob Kaminski hat-trick and a first-minute strike by Harry Peacock, earned a 4-0 win at Settle.

Chris Wheater scored a hat-trick but couldn’t prevent bottom team Ingrow & Worth Valley Reserves losing 5-3 to Oxenhope Rec, while Jonathan Brewin’s treble helped Grass- ington United Reserves to see off Cowling Reserves 4-0.

Shaun Humphreys (2), Sam Coates, Baz Gummery and an own goal were the Oxenhope scorers.

FC Sporting Keighley made it nine wins from nine games in Division Four after beating Barnoldswick Barons Reserves 6-0. Aaran Abbas scored twice.

Pendle Renegrades Reserves won 2-0 away to rock-bottom Carleton, while Manningham All Stars saw off Bradley 4-0. Skipton Town Reserves and Addingham shared a 1-1 draw.
