Cougars are set to add two Castleford players to their squad for Sunday's home game with Whitehaven.
Head coach Paul March has lined up prop Jake Emmitt and second row Charlie Martin for dual registration deals following confirmation of the partnership which has been set up between the clubs this week.
Emmitt has plenty of Super League experience, having also played for St Helens, while Martin is looking to re-establish himself after missing the whole of last season through injury.
March is also hopeful of bringing in a full back from Castleford in the next few weeks.
