James Lund notched three personal bests at Sunderland Aquatic Centre
KEIGHLEY'S James Lund set three personal-best times in getting four top-20 finishes at the ASA's North East Region Youth and Senior Championships at Sunderland Aquatic Centre.
He was part of a small squad of City of Bradford members, who all train with Bradford Council's Aquatics Competition Programme.
