Meanwhile, club colleague Isabella Crooks, ten, of Eldwick Primary School, was runner-up in the under-11 girls' singles, and Beckfoot School's Ezra Slaper was a semi-finalist in the under-16 boys' singles, losing to eventual winner Shayan Siraj, an England international from Leeds Grammar School.
William Nash, 16, was third in the under-19 boys' singles, while debutants Henry Tse and William Baker, both nine, reached the quarter-finals at under-11 boys' singles in what was their debut tournament.
Henry was only two points away from reaching the semi-finals, losing 12-10 in the final game.
