James Lund
KEIGHLEY'S James Lund broke two club long course records competing for City of Bradford in the North East Region Youth and Senior Championships in Sunderland.
They came in the 17/18 years age group in the 200m breaststroke in a best time of 2min 31.74secs and the 400m individual medley in 4.54.97.
Both these swims gave him a top-ten finish in the senior age group and he also finished in the top 20 in the 50m breaststroke.
