SILSDEN suffered double frustration this week as two league matches were called off due to the wintry weather.
Their match at Charnock Richard tonight has been postponed following a 3pm inspection, while their game at bottom side Ashton Town was also washed out.
The Cobbydalers are due back in action in the third round of the Macron Cup on Saturday when they welcome 1874 Northwich before another cup clash on Wednesday, November 30.
That date sees them entertain National League North neighbours FC Halifax Town in the third round of the West Riding County Cup.
* Steeton's game at home to Overthorpe SC in the West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division last weekend was called off, while Keighley Supplementary Cup ties were also postponed.
