KEIGHLEY teenager Ibrahim Nadim is through to the semi-finals of the National Association of Boys and Girls Clubs Boxing Championships.
The 17-year-old Bury Amateur Boxing Club competitor beat Connor Kelsall on a unanimous points verdict at Croxteth, Liverpool.
His victory in class C (46-49kg) over the Doncaster-based Tom Hill ABC opponent was the latest in a series of clashes between the young rivals in recent years.
Bury trainer Mike Jelley said: "It was a cracking bout. They have fought a few times now. Ibby had won the last two and beat him again.
"He is due to box in the semi-finals on Saturday at the same venue."
