THE UNDER-13s netball team at Craven School have been praised for another “awesome” win.
The school this month tweeted that the “unstoppable” girls had beaten a Bingley school team by 20 points to five.
Vanessa Themistocleous, the Cross Hills school’s assistant head of physical education, publicly congratulated the youngsters.
The girls last month beat Bradford Grammar School 15-9 in an evening match.
The under-13’s netball team from Craven School has had several successes in the Bradford Schools Netball A league so far this year.
Vanessa said: “These girls so far have shown a ‘never give up’ attitude, support of their teammates and a willingness to adjust.
“They are highly committed to all training sessions and have shown a real passion for the sport. They are an absolute pleasure to coach.”
Early successes included beating Skipton Girls and Beckfoot 14-5, and drawing with Parkside 10-10.
