KEIGHLEY boxer Muhammad Ali produced a unanimous points victory in helping British Lionhearts beat France Fighting Roosters in Paris.
In his first bout since last summer's Rio Olympics, the 20-year-old won his flyweight contest against Elie Konki.
Ali's success got his team off to a flying start in the World Series of Boxing contest and the Lionhearts soon sealed victory.
Radoslav Pantaleev and Frazer Clarke put the visitors 3-0 up before
Roosters won the final two fights as Cryus Pattinson and Luke McCormack were beaten.
Ali, who is on the shortlist for the Sportsman of the Year at the Bradford Sports Awards on Thursday, is next due in action for the Lionhearts against Italia Thunder at York Hall on Thursday, March 23.
