COUGARS prop Scott Law faces a month on the sidelines after being ruled out of their 19-man squad to face York City Knights at home on Sunday.

Law suffered a groin injury early on in Keighley's victory over London Skolars last week and his place is taken by Ben Sagar, who has been impressing in the reserves.

The squad remains otherwise unchanged from the 45-26 success over Skolars.

Half-back Ritchie Hawkyard is back in training after needing surgery on facial injuries after a clash of heads with Hunslet's Jimmy Watson on Good Friday.

But he is still at least a fortnight away from returning to action, as is Vinny Finigan, who is suffering from an ankle injury.

The Knights will be without Harry Carter (hernia) who was rushed to hospital for an emergency operation following the defeat to Whitehaven last Sunday.

Former Cougar Samir Taharoui (knee) is still unavailable having yet to make his debut for the Minster club.

Tuoyo Egodo has joined the club from Castleford and is expected to debut, while fellow new recruit Ryan Mallinder is not included.

Meanwhile, Cougars Reserves host Coventry Dragons as a curtain-raiser at 11am.
