Tyersal were denied a share of top spot in the West Riding County Amateur League, alongside Premier Division leaders Steeton.

After leading visitors Kirkburton 3-1 at half-time, Tyersal had to settle for a point after their opponents rallied to claim a 4-4 draw.

Andy Bailey (2), Aaron Heywood and an own goal scored for Tyersal, while Danny Ingham (3) and James Meadows replied for Kirkburton.

Only two matches were possible in Division One, and Campion Reserves and Albion Sports cancelled each other out with a 0-0 draw, while AFC Emley moved above Ventus Yeadon Celtic into second place after beating Storthes Hall Reserves 3-1.

Steeton Reserves maintained their place at the top of Division Two with a 3-2 home win over Tyersal Reserves, with Ross Bailey, Mark McGee and Andy Foster scoring for Steeton and Antony Busfield and Liam Worby replying for Tyersal.

Salts Reseves moved up into third after Andy Howland and Eddie Bennett scored in their 2-1 win at Ovenden West Riding.
