Wharfedale Triangle League Premier Division: Yeadon Athletic 4 Cullingworth Youth 3
CULLINGWORTH came from behind three times only to lose out to a fourth Yeadon goal with five minutes left.
Youth dominated the first half of this exciting encounter but the hosts took the lead. Chris Mawson was back on form up front and he levelled for the visitors. The half-time score remained at 1-1 after Youth missed a host of chances to take the lead.
Yeadon made them pay by adding a second after the break but Joseph Flaherty hit back to make it 2-2.
With both keepers being kept busy, Athletic went in front again, only for Joshua Hart, playing his first full game, to level once more for Youth.
Then came the killer blow as Yeadon got the winner following a corner in the dying stages.
Harry Holmes was man of the match for Cullingworth, who are at home to Salts on Sunday.
Keighley Town's game at home to Ilkley Dynamo was postponed.
