CROSS Hills, Sporting Keighley and Wilsden Athletic turned the excitement meter up to ten in the Skipton Body Repair Centre Craven League.

All three were involved in 5-5 draws in the Premier Division, with Cross Hills and Sporting Keighley facing each other.

Tom Storrie (2), man of the match Harry Eastbury, Robert Matthews and Jack Wrigglesworth were on target for the south Craveners, with Mohammed Zubair (4) and man of the match Shahid Taj replying in the battle to avoid the second relegation place in front of Earby Town.

Cross Hills are tenth and Sporting Keighley ninth, both on 11 points, while Earby Town only have three points.

Wilsden's point was more unexpected as the eighth-placed club were at home to third-placed Pendle Renegades, gong winner Thomas Carberry and Dave McCarten bagging braces to add to a James Halliday goal.

Cowling seem favourites to replace Earby Town as the Division One leaders, and made it 12 wins out of 17 with a 2-1 triumph at faltering AFC Colne.

The Barkers played a prominent role in Cowling's victory, with Luke getting one of the goals (Jacob Hough got the other) and Lee being named man of the match.

Cowling are 11 points clear of Rolls Reserves, but the latter have three games in hand.

Mickey Ruddock scored both of Sutton's goals in Division Three and was their man of the match but they still lost 3-2 at Horton.

Sutton remain ninth but Horton climbed three places to fourth.
