OXENHOPE lost again after failing to post a competitive total at Queensbury, going down by five wickets.

Only three batters, Tom Mawer (36), Lewis Hopkinson (30) and Josh Fleetwood (41), really troubled the scorers as Gindiu Sing (4-77) and Amjad Ali (5-48) cut through the visitors' batting line-up to dismiss them for 162.

Two early wickets for Jaz Jheeta gave the away side hope but Jamie Priestly (86no) and Bradley Harrison (46) saw the hosts comfortably home for the loss of five wickets.

Oxenhope II slipped to another defeat at home to Bridgeholme II. A promising start saw Brendan Ellison take 16 off the first over but that start was reduced to 65-4 before Eddie Burke (66no) and veteran Keith Yates (56) put on a century stand to give the innings some momentum.

However, Sajid Mahmood (6-82) and Mustaphs Mazhar (4-52) cut through the tail to dismiss the home side for 196.
