BINGLEY Congs are six points clear at the summit of Division One in the Mewies Craven Cricket League. They travelled to Wilsden on Saturday and totalled 211-9. Youngster Ben Hemsley led the way with 60.

Dipesh Mistry claimed 3-41 but his side were then knocked over for just 96, with Neil Copping recording figures of 4-27.

Oakworth go second after beating Crossflatts at Wide Lane. The visitors were 111-9 before number 11 Jodi Town Jones made 25 to help the score to 143-9.

The home side progressed steadily, with Joel Gallagher (27), Drew Duffy (27) and Jack Davison 25no helping them win by two wickets.

Craig Thornton (41) helped Sutton limp to 100 all out at Denholme as Ryan Judson took 4-18. The hosts cruised home by eight wickets in just 10 overs, with Matt Wear's 63no containing 11 fours and two sixes.

Embsay were crushed by 10 wickets at home to Haworth. Skipper Phil Binner (25) offered some resistance but Damian Rowell took 5-15. Jamie Rowell 75no and Peter Gower 28no saw the visitors to a fine victory.

Ingrow made 167 at home to Hepworth & Idle, with Mark Price (76) leading the way as Nathan Allatt (5-35) and Tom Hawksworth (4-40) bowled expertly. Daniel Scott's 4-53 was not enough as the visitors scraped home by two wickets.

Airedale lost at home to Cowling to cede top sport in Division Two. They were skittled for 69, with Josh Gill (5-29) and Shahid Hassan (3-2) running riot. Mohammed Shah Usman (29no) guided the visitors home, as Lee Rickaby took 4-22.

At Riddlesden, Eldwick & Gilstead made 137. Steve Timperley hit 68 as Rummy Smith took 3-4. Visitors Glusburn won by five wickets with skipper Steve Brown scoring 80no.

Long Lee's Mohammad Khaliq (4-13) helped dismiss visitors Chatburn for 97 before Lee Humphreys (40) ensured a fine eight-wicket win.

Cononley recorded a much-needed victory at Sandy Lane. Nathan Parker (38) and Matt Brooke (26no) got them to 154-7 as Attique Khan took 4-25. Lewie Fitton (5-15) ensured the hosts were all out for only 89.
