HORIZON Taekwondo Academy students Saliha Ejaz, ten, and Erik Pompa, 11, both from Keighley, made their debuts in sparring competitions at the All Stars One on One event at Doncaster Dome, with Erik picking up a 16-2 victory against NTC (Nottingham) in a contest stopped in the second round.
Cara Harbourne, nine, from Keighley, who has been training less than a year, showed potential in losing 3-2 to a black belt competitor from Team Academy (Liverpool).
